f I were an eagle, I'd settle my home on a cliff high above the Deschutes River canyon, where I could breathe in fresh air, bask in the abundant sunlight and enjoy sweeping views of Mount Bachelor to the west and Pilot Butte to the right. I'd listen to the the rushing sounds of the river far below and find shelter in the ponderosa pines on my perch. My only problem: That spot has already been taken by Gary Norman, where he's designed yet another dream kitchen.

ary Norman has had plenty of experience designing and building kitchens. After all, that is his job. As a contractor he is always in the midst of constructing or remodeling a kitchen. Is it any wonder, then, that his current home won first place in the kitchen category for the Tour of Homes in July of 2005.
